"We recently built a new home for ourselves.
Our architect, John Lewis, recommended we include Time Builders in the tender process amongst others.
On receipt of tenders, we decided to build with Time Builders particularly as the Company was recommended by our architect who mentioned that if we chose Time Builders, because of the quality of their work, there would be no real need for the architect to be formally engaged to supervise the build.
Once building commenced we got to work with Frank Davidoff and his wife Geraldine. We soon learned of Frank's keen interest in, and enthusiasm about building a new home and noted his insistence on maintaining a high standard of finish and completion of the work exactly in accordance with the building plans.
Frank was normally available to meet with us on site, and helpful in working through any issues which arose during the building process. Geraldine looked after the accounting side of the project and administered progress payments on a monthly basis in a simple, straightforward format which was easy to follow. This kept us up to date on a monthly basis with work completed and payments due. In addition, Geraldine was very helpful when requested in guiding us through choices for finishings, appliances and fittings, and giving us reasonable notice of when these would be required so that the building process ran smoothly and without any undue delay.
Thanks to our architect's design and Time Builders' attention to building exactly as to plan with a high standard of workmanship, we ended up with a home which we have enjoyed living in since completion."
